Truveo Video Manager is an desktop application that lets you search videos from not one but various video databases worldwide. It gets you the latest videos from Youtube, MYSPACE, Dailymotion, MSN Videos, CNN, CNBC and many more. In one line, the results you get are much more better than searching through each site for the videos you need.

Not at all ! All you have to do is download the software and start using it. It is that simple.
Step 1: Just double click on the executable file and it will open the below screen. (Recommended screen resolution 1280X1024)

Step 2: Just fill up the search text and click on Search button. If your criteria can get any videos you will see them on the screen

Step 3: You can play the video in the searched window itself by clicking on play button on the video. If you wish to play searched video in a different window, just click on Play This Video In New Window button and that will open up a new window

Step 1: In order to manage your own library, all you have to do is click on Manage Library à My Libraries from Truveo Video Manager
This will open up the following screen

Step 2:
Create a New Library.
A
Library is a collection of various albums related to a particular rock star or
particular event (How you wish to use it is completely up to you)
Each
Library is stored as a different file and a single library can contain multiple
albums and each album can contain multiple videos
a. Click on Library File à New
b. Choose a folder name where you want to create the new library and click on OK
Now you are asked the name of the new file. Give a name by which you can recognize the library (you can give the name as Michael Jackson) and click on ok
c. Now you see a message box, which confirms the file creation. This is for your information only. Just click ok on it
d. Now you can see the Video Library Screen but notice that along with it, the path of the library file is appended to the screen title.
e. Now click on New Album button to create an album. This will ask you the album name. Give some name by which you can identify the video’s classification. (I entered Performances as the album name to store videos of Michael Jackson’s stage performances)
d. Once you see the new album in the My Albums list box, you are all set to go !
e. Now go back to Truveo Manager search window and search for Michael Jackson’s videos

f. Now switch to Video Library Screen and you will see it as below

g. Now that already have searched results, just click on Add Searched Videos to Album button.
h. You will now see the search results added to the new album

i. Now click on Library File à Save from the menu to save these changes. (Note that the library is saved in D:\Michael Jackson)
That’s all!
From the Video Library Screen, click on Library File à Open and choose the library file that you want to open (as D:\Michael Jackson in the above case) and click on Open button
It will open the library. Ensure that you open up a correct library file before saving any changes.
From the Library screen, choose the Video from the album and click on Play Selected Video button to start playing. This will open up a window and start playing for you.

You can play each video in its own window or ensure that only one video is played at a time. All you have to do is check the Options à Enable Multiple Play Windows so that each video opens up in a separate window when you click on Play Selected Video button.
